Omnilife to open $40M Allen HQ

Mexican Supplements Company Building $40M Allen HQ

A Mexican health and nutrition company is planning to build a $40 million headquarters in Allen. Omnilife hopes to move into its new new U.S headquarters next fall.

Omnilife USA Inc. will occupy 73,209 square feet within the Prodigy Park business hub being developed by Heady Investments near North Watters Road. Omnilife in February acquired 5.75 acres along State Highway 121, between Cottonwood Creek Church and Lifetime Fitness, for its building. Heady was the seller.

The project’s architect is Dallas-based 5G Studios, the general contractor is Structure Tone Southwest, and the civil engineer is Winkelmann & Associates.

Once opened, Omnilife’s new headquarters is expected to house at least 140 workers. It makes supplements for things such as vitamins, magnesium and fiber, among many other products.
