Gamer Packaging to Move HQ, Will Occupy 20K SF

Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) announced that Gamer Packaging has signed a new, long-term lease at Fifth Street Towers in Minneapolis.

The full-service packaging company is moving its headquarters to 20,192 square feet on the 19th floor of 100 S. Fifth St., the companion tower to 150 S. Fifth St. Transwestern Principal Broker Reed Christianson and Vice President Trinette Wacker represent the 1 million-square-foot office complex. Gamer Packaging was represented by brokers Tad Jellison, John Lorence, and Blake Hastings of CBRE.

“Fifth Street Towers, due to thoughtful planning and hard work on the part of many, has class-leading amenities and a robust tenant engagement program that enhances the workplace experience,” said “Among the many office options in the downtown area, it’s meaningful to have a Minneapolis company choose Fifth Street Towers as its headquarters,” said Christianson. “In the current flight-to-quality climate of the office market, we are thankful that companies are choosing the elevated tenant experience offered at our complex.”
