Music Company Concord Relocates LA Offices to Beverly Hills

JLL signed independent music company Concord to a new 32,241-square-foot office lease at Wilshire & Palm, a 110,000-square-foot creative office building located at 9171 Wilshire Blvd. in Beverly Hills.  Concord is headquartered in Nashville and has offices in New York, London, Berlin, Melbourne and Miami. The firm is scheduled to relocate its Los Angeles office to 9171 Wilshire office in the third quarter of 2025.

Concord’s team will occupy the entire sixth floor and penthouse, with 360-degree views of Beverly Hills. JLL’s Bryan Dunne and Danny Rainer represented the landlord, Cruzan, in the lease. Paul Haskin and Jeff Gerlach of CBRE represented Concord.

“We continue to see a flight to quality with office tenants as employers look to provide a differentiated, best in class experience for employees,” said Dunne. “Buildings like Wilshire & Palm where the landlord has invested in the property have a distinct advantage to attract tenants in the market.”
