ATX Business Park Tenants Start Move-In
Jackson-Shaw has completed the ATX 130 business park in Austin. ConnectCRE first reported on the project in February of 2023. The 67-acre, four-building complex, which totals 602,470 square feet, cost $50 million to build.
Building 3, spanning 207,280 square feet, is 100% leased to Ferguson, a distributor of plumbing supplies and fabrication products. Ferguson will be occupying the building and begin operations this month.
Additionally, the 120,440-square-foot Building 1 has been 100% pre-leased to Hotline Delivery, a third-party logistics company. Hotline Delivery will also occupy the building this month.
Buildings 2 (80,365 square feet) and 4 (194,385 square feet) are nearing completion and will be delivered soon. Both feature move-in-ready spec office space to accommodate tenants’ immediate needs.
The ATX 130 business park is located near Austin-Bergstrom International Airport and the Tesla Gigafactory, with access to Interstate 35, State Highway 130 and State Highway 71.
