High Street Residential Delivers New Project in Portland

High Street Residential, the residential subsidiary of Trammell Crow Company, along with partner Geolo Capital, announced its collaboration with ArtLifting, to integrate innovative art installations into The Frankie, a new multifamily development in southeast Portland, Oregon.

The initiative aims to highlight and support underrepresented artists while enriching local communities. Located at 3260 SE Milwaukie Ave. in the Brooklyn neighborhood of Portland, The Frankie is a five-story, 120-unit complex that was delivered in August.

The property features studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units ranging in size from 443 square feet to 1,518 sq. ft. Unit amenities include modern tile, quartz countertops, in-unit washers & dryers, and walk-in closets, while community amenities include a fitness center, outdoor BBQ area, speakeasy tenant lounge, and bike storage. Greystar will handle the leasing and management of the property.

The Frankie features artwork from several members of ArtLifting’s artist community, including U.S. veteran Yvette, local artists Lindsey Holcomb and Denali Brooke, Boston-based Lisa Murphy, and Rochester-based Laural Hartman.
