Lewis & Clark Montessori Charter School recently completed the $1,675,000 purchase of an office building and adjacent land located at 600 NW Farris Rd in Gresham, Oregon.

Tim Budelman with Portland-based Norris & Stevens, Inc. represented the seller, VW Holdings, LLC, and Anne Hecht with Cushman & Wakefield represented the buyer in the transaction.

Constructed in 1978 and renovated in 2003, the approximately 4,030 square-foot single-story office property is ADA accessible and includes 26 parking spaces. The sale also included an adjacent land parcel totaling 0.43 acres, offering additional development opportunities.
