Torrington Signs Two Tenants in Exeter 

Torrington Properties has signed VividCloud and Usource, a NextEra Energy company, to new, long-term leases at 100 Domain Dr. in Exeter, NH. VividCloud will occupy 4,100 square feet, while Usource will fill 3,500 square feet. As part of the agreements, Torrington managed the construction of each space.

“Torrington is pleased to welcome VividCloud and Usource to 100 Domain Drive in Exeter,” said Torrington COO Matt Morgan. “These new, long-term leases underscore our commitment to providing innovative workspace solutions tailored to the evolving needs of the business community.”

Newmark executive managing director Tyler McGrail and associate director Eric Jeremiah represented Torrington in both leases. USource was represented by CBRE’s Corey Paquette.

VividCloud is a Brunswick, ME-based cloud and internet of things software engineering company serving the financial, healthcare, industrial and insurance technology sectors. This is its first and only New Hampshire office. USource is relocating from its office in Hampton, NH.
