Local Entrepreneur Acquires 80K-SF Aberdeen Warehouse
A local entrepreneur has acquired 1354 Old Post Road, an 80,000-square-foot industrial/warehouse located in the Aberdeen section of Harford County, Maryland, for $7.96 million from Shaw Real Estate, LLC.
Allan Riorda, SIOR and Ned Brady of Lee & Associates | Maryland, a full-service commercial real estate brokerage firm based in Columbia, Maryland represented the buyer and CBRE’s Bill Pellington and Justin Mohler represented the seller in this sales transaction.
Delivered in 1950, 1354 Old Post Road is equipped with 21-foot ceiling heights, 10 dock doors and three at-grade drive-in doors. It is adjacent to Pulaski Highway and less than four miles from Interstate 95. The asset is less than 45 minutes from Wilmington, one hour away from the Port of Baltimore and BWI Airport, and just one hour from Philadelphia.
“Warehouse and industrial buildings of this size are exceedingly difficult to find, and the new owner aggressively pursued this asset to achieve a successful acquisition outcome,” said Allan Riorda of Lee & Associates.
