Colliers Arranges Sale Lake County Industrial Building

Colliers Jeff Devine, Steve Disse and Tyler Ziebel recently represented Affinius Capital and Venture One in the sale of a fully leased, Class A industrial building located in Chicago’s North suburbs. An institutional real estate investor purchased the property for an undisclosed price.

1300 Allanson Rd. in Mundelein, also known as Route 60 Logistics Center, totals 195,375 square feet. The facility is just west of a four-way interchange at Interstate 94 and Route 60. It was completed in 2021 and is now leased to two tenants with an average lease term of four years.

“With vacancies inching toward all-time lows in core submarkets, and with the Chicago construction pipeline at its lowest volume in five years, this was an opportunity to acquire a state-of-the-art facility that is anticipated to be in high demand for the foreseeable future,” said Ziebel.
