ARizona Land to develop 600 acres in Casa Grande

Arizona Land Scoping Mixed-Use Project on 600 Acres in Casa Grande

Arizona Land Consulting purchased 600 acres in Pinal County. The newly acquired property is located on the I-10/Florence interchange.

Arizona Land Consulting plans to develop the Casa Grande land in Pinal County into a mixed-use facility. Potential uses include build-for-rent, light industrial, a data center, and commercial/retail offerings. In August, Arizona Land Consulting sold a parcel to data center developer Tract for $136 million in all cash. The company purchased the property for $40 million in 2022.

Casa Grande, a town of 60,000, is located halfway between Phoenix and Tucson. Businesses in the region include Lucid Group, Kohler Co., and KANTO-PPC.
