Boston Dynamics Extends Presence at Waltham Research Park

Boston Dynamics has renewed its lease at Waltham Research Park in Waltham, MA. The renewal extends Boston Dynamics’ current 23,300-square-foot lease at the 240,000-square-foot lab and GMP park. The tenant develops and deploys advanced robotic technologies.

R.W. Holmes SVP Arthur Amadei represented the landlord, Hillside Associates. Boston Dynamics was represented by Matt Siciliano from Colliers and Andrew Majewski from CBRE.

“This lease renewal reaffirms Waltham Research Park’s position as a prime location for pioneering organizations like Boston Dynamics,” said Amadei. “We are thrilled to have facilitated this lease renewal and to see Boston Dynamics continue advancing their mission to push the boundaries of robotics and technology in the Greater Boston area.”
