reAlpha Tech Corp., a real estate technology company, appointed William Brent Miller as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, replacing Michael J. Logozzo from his role as Interim Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Miller will assume responsibility for all financial and accounting functions of the Company and will report directly to its President and Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Logozzo.
Core Spaces, a vertically integrated real estate investment manager, announced the hiring of Matthew Claeys as Managing Director, Head of Institutional Capital Raising. In this role, Claeys will focus on identifying and aligning with institutional investors across Core’s student housing and build-to-rent strategies, further expanding the company’s capital partnerships and enhancing its investment platform.
Sofia Michis and Dave Tombers have joined Timber Hill Group, a Chicago-based private equity real estate firm specializing in the acquisition, development, and management of industrial outdoor storage (IOS) assets throughout the U.S., as Chief Financial Officer and Managing Director of Acquisitions respectively. Both will also serve on the firm’s executive leadership team.
Cushman & Wakefield announced that a Cincinnati-based multifamily investment sales team including Stash Geleszinski, CCIM, Managing Director; Nathan Murphy, Director, Sherief Gouda, Director; and William Thurner, Senior Associate, has joined the firm to serve multifamily investor clients in Ohio, Indiana and Northern Kentucky.
