Southern Land Announces Opening Dates of 2 Las Vegas Apartment Projects
The lead contractor building a Las Vegas highrise has topped one of the buildings, a 22-story apartment community. T.B. Penick & Sons completed the milestone for the project, which will consist of 272 units in the city’s Symphony Park neighborhood.
Southern Land Co. is developing the project, dubbed Capella. It’s expected to be completed next summer. The company is building another project, Bria, across the street, with a similar due date.
Bria and Capella offer amenities, including a resident lounge, co-working space, concierge services, a fitness center and yoga studio and a dog run. Residents will also have access to a swimming pool , a hot tub and a pool lounge featuring an outdoor bar, TVs, jumbotron and grills. The building will include approximately 16,250 square feet of retail and dining space.
The 61-acre Symphony Park neighborhood includes The Smith Center for the Performing Arts, the Cleveland Clinic Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health and the Discovery Children’s Museum.
