Bell Works New Jersey Brings Occupancy to 98%

Bell Works New Jersey, a two-million square-foot “Metroburb” in Holmdel, NJ, announced 21 new office lease agreements and lease extensions totaling approximately 75,000 square feet. The leases bring the campus to 98% occupancy.

Among the largest of the leases, FirstEnroll, a third-party administrator specializing in health insurance, leased 7,480 square feet of office space and is among Bell Works New Jersey’s newest tenants. The Asbury Park Press, part of Gannett, leased 5,963 square feet. Additionally, Atrium, a staffing agency and recruiting firm, extended its lease and expanded its office space to 6,580 square feet.

“Bell Works’ New Jersey campus has seen remarkable leasing success this year,” said Ralph Zucker, CEO of Inspired by Somerset Development, the owner and manager of Bell Works. “Over the past decade, it has been inspiring to watch this Metroburb evolve into a vibrant hub, with the new additions enhancing its lively and collaborative environment. This achievement underscores the importance of diverse, amenity-rich office environments that meet the needs of the modern workforce.”
