Woodmore Towne Centre in DC Adds to Retail Line-Up

Urban Edge Properties announced two new signed leases with Pet Supplies Plus and Turning Natural at Woodmore Towne Centre, a 712,000-square-foot grocery-anchored regional power center in Glenarden, MD.

Pet Supplies Plus adds the pet category to the property, and Turning Natural is a juice concept based in the Washington, DC market. Woodmore Towne Centre and Urban Edge were represented by Michael Ginsburg, Ryan Wilner and Ryan Minnehan of KLNB for both deals. Pet Supplies Plus worked with Andy Feldman KLNB and Andrew Mahr of Bialow Real Estate. Turning Natural worked with Constantine Gogos of Papadopoulos Properties.

“These leases fill category voids at Woodmore Towne Centre and provide important resources for our shoppers,” said Justin Lustig, Vice President of Leasing for Urban Edge. The open-air center combines walkability with conveniences, including a wide variety of dining, retail, beauty and wellness.
