Kiser Group has welcomed Carson McDaniel as an Associate. Carson joins the Birk Sklar team, working under partners Aaron Sklar and Noah Birk. McDaniel will focus on key responsibilities such as analyzing market data, mediating buyer and seller expectations, and cultivating strong client relationships.

Walker & Dunlop, Inc. has expanded its Capital Markets Midwest presence with the addition of Jonathan Zilber as senior managing director. Based in Cleveland, Ohio, Zilber will oversee the origination and placement of loans across various property types throughout the country, with a particular focus on agency and alternative products for multifamily assets.

Inland Securities Corporation announced the promotion of Brian Fritz to senior vice president, head of the Exchange Solutions Team. Fritz is responsible for ISC’s Exchange Solutions Team of five tenured professionals.

Friedman Real Estate’s Steven Silverman recently completed the sale of 358 NE 69 Hwy, a 15,000-square-foot single-tenant Walgreens investment property located in Kansas City, Missouri. Steven Silverman represented the buyer in this transaction.
