Crescent Reveals Details of Ft. Worth Highrise

Crescent Real Estate has released more details about its proposed eight-story, 171,500-square-foot Fort Worth Cultural District office building. Construction is expected to begin in November and is estimated to cost $70.4 million. It could wrap up in January 2027. The development will feature a five-story parking garage, with three levels underground and two above.

The Dallas Business Journal reports Crescent Real Estate announced the second office building in March, to be called Crescent Offices West. The firm opened the first office building, the 168,000-square-foot Crescent Offices East, in 2023. It is now roughly 90% leased. Both office buildings are part of the Crescent Fort Worth mixed-use development, which also includes a hotel and luxury residences. Crescent Residences, at 833 Van Cliburn Way, opened in April and was 42% leased as of September.

More than 400,000 square feet of new office space, including the second Crescent office building, is poised to start construction in the Cultural District within the next year.

Dallas-based GFF Design is listed as the architect.
