Snowhawk Invests in CleanArc Data Centers with VA Campus Planned

Snowhawk LP, a private equity firm, has made a significant investment in CleanArc Data Centers.

The strategic partnership aims to propel CleanArc’s growth by expanding its team, establishing a new data center campus in Virginia, and strengthening relationships with hyperscale clients.

CleanArc recently acquired land in Virginia strategically located between Ashburn and Richmond, with plans to deliver 600MW of data center capacity on land already zoned for data center use within a 650-acre campus.

PJT Partners served as Snowhawk’s exclusive financial advisor, and Kirkland & Ellis LLP acted as legal advisor. TD Securities and CBRE Capital Advisors acted as financial advisors to CleanArc, and BakerHostetler acted as legal advisor.
