Techbilt Breaks Ground on Carlsbad Flex Space

Ground has broken on Evolve, a 67,714-square-foot, three-building campus in Carlsbad. Owned and developed by The Techbilt Companies, the new Class A campus is situated within Carlsbad Business Park, a 600-acre master-planned development. Evolve is the first of three new developments that The Techbilt Companies will be bringing to the Carlsbad market within the next two years.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Conor Boyle and Tyler Stemley are teaming with the Cuthbert Industrial Team at Colliers to lead leasing efforts for the project. Evolve’s three buildings span 17,419 square feet, 20,330 square feet and 29,965 square feet, which may be leased in full or potentially demised.

“The ongoing tenant ‘flight to quality’ spans all commercial real estate sectors, and as a flex campus, Evolve will help satisfy the demand from myriad mid-size occupiers—including office, R&D or industrial users—that are seeking modern, high-quality space in North San Diego, and which also embraces the area’s idyllic outdoor climate and atmosphere,” said Boyle.
