PB Bell wrapping up 150 BTR units in Buckeye

Apartment Developer Debuts BTR Product in Buckeye

P.B. Bell is expected to complete its first build-to-rent project by early next year. The Marketside Villas at Verrado in Buckeye will comprise 150 units and cost $50 million to build. The Phoenix Business Journal reports the company has built 10 apartment complexes in the Phoenix metro area comprising 3,000 units. The project at 21045 W. McDowell Road is expected to be completed by the first quarter of 2025. Some of the first units will be ready for lease by the end of September or early October.

One to three bedrooms ranging between 750 to nearly 1,300 square feet, rental rates will range between $1,800 and $2,400. While the units with two and three bedrooms will be detached, the 1-story units will have a shared wall, which is typical for many BTR communities.

While all the units will have small, fenced backyards, 40 will have direct access to garages. Amenities will include a 24-hour fitness center, resort-style pool and spa and pet park.
