Essex Lists Vintage Apartment Building in Noble Square

Essex Realty Group, Inc. has been exclusively engaged to market for sale 1470 W. Huron St., a six-unit apartment building located in the heart of Chicago’s Noble Square neighborhood.

The property is comprised of one- and two-bedroom apartments, with three exterior rear parking spaces, shared rear porches, and a yard. The property is listed by Essex Director Brian Keegan and Managing Director Brian Karmowski.

“The property, as it stands today, is in a prime position for a new owner to leverage the quality infrastructure that’s there – and to take it to the next level for the next 30 years,” said Keegan. The building is ideally situated in the heart of West Town, on the north side of Huron Street just east of Ashland Avenue and is conveniently located less than a mile from both the Chicago and Division CTA Blue Line Stations.
