KLNB Secures 30K-SF Lease for National Pickleball Company

KLNB‘s retail team of Principals Dimitri Georgelakos, Veronica Kamara, and Billy Kelly secured a 30,400-square-foot lease at Sully Place Shopping Center, located at 13954 Metrotech Dr. in Chantilly, with national indoor pickleball facility company Dill Dinkers.

KLNB represented the landlord in the transaction, while the tenant was represented by Rick Solano. Headquartered in Columbia, Maryland, Dill Dinkers offers dedicated indoor facilities for pickleball players of all levels.

Dill Dinkers is backfilling the space previously occupied by Babies R Us, brining the center to 99% occupied. “Our team consistently finds innovative ways to secure top-tier tenants- even in the most challenging markets,” says Georgelakos.

Georgelakos added that the landlord, the McLean, Virigina-based Beatty Management Company, has repositioned its various centers to attract a variety of tenants. “KLNB is proud to be partners with the Beatty Companies for nearly a decade, working closely with them on a shared vision and execution of their strategic goals.”
