Ryan Delivers 502-Unit Bradenton Rental Community

Ryan Companies has completed Renata at Lakewood Ranch, a 502-unit multifamily community within the 33,000-acre master-planned Lakewood Ranch development in Bradenton, Florida. The final building was delivered with the first residents having moved in as early as February 2024. Ryan served as the developer and builder in the joint venture with PGIM and Park Springs.  

As Ryan’s largest project in Florida to date, Renata at Lakewood Ranch spans 37 acres of four-story luxury residences and amenities. The community offers residents views of lakes and wetland areas, and access to the Lakewood Ranch trail network.

Renata at Lakewood Ranch offers a variety of one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans with personal patios. Amenities include a private lakeside beach, pool with jacuzzi, free weights, bar games, a golf simulator, putting green, dog spa and park, lawn sports, multiple barbecue areas, a walking trail around the property’s central lake, and sand volleyball courts.
