Walton Global Sells 178-Acre Victorville Plot to D.R. Horton

Walton Global, a leading asset management and global real estate investment company, has sold the 178-acre West Creek Master Planned Community in Victorville, to homebuilder D.R. Horton. Terms were not disclosed. When fully built out, the community is expected to harbor more than 800 single-family homes averaging in the mid-$400s.

“San Bernardino is the nation’s largest county, and its population continues to steadily rise,” said Anthony Ybarra, SVP of real estate for Walton Global. “We’re thrilled to be working with D.R. Horton to deliver some much-needed residential inventory to help the county sustain its continued growth.”

Situated between the San Gabriel Mountains and the Mojave Desert, West Creek is near Vista Manzanita, Vista Pointe and the Mall of Victor Valley. The community is directly adjacent to West Creek Elementary School, Melva Davis Academy of Excellence and Gus Franklin Jr. Elementary School. Mesa Linda Middle School and Adelanto High School are also within a five-mile radius of the development. Planned amenities include neighborhood parks, tot lots and open space trails.
