CLX delivers 631K-SF New Braunfels Commerce Center

CLX Delivers 651K-SF New Braunfels Business Park

Dallas developer CLX Ventures delivered the New Braunfels Commerce Center, a four-building, 651,010-square-foot spec industrial park on 46 acres in the San Antonio suburb. It took just over a year to build it. Arch-Con Corp. was the general contractor, and Powers Brown Architecture designed the complex.

The spaces situated on Goodwin Lane—close to Interstate 35 and Highway 46—can be occupied in sizes between 18,000 and 200,000 square feet. The smallest of the four buildings is 139,000 square feet. All four buildings are real-loading with clear heights of 32 feet.

Stream Realty Partners’ Kevin Cosgrove and Colton Perkins are handling the leasing.

New Braunfels’ population has grown by 66% in the past ten years. The last census has the community closing in on 100,000 people. The New Braunfels Chamber of Commerce boasts that over 2 million square feet of industrial development is on the way.
