Kiewit-Leased Offices Trade in Woodcliff Lake

CBRE finalized the $9.8-million sale of 470 Chestnut Ridge Rd., a 53,730-square-foot office building in Woodcliff Lake, within New Jersey’s Bergen County. Jeffrey Dunne, Doug Rodio, Travis Langer and Dan Blumenkrantz of CBRE’s Institutional Properties Group represented the owner, Keystone Property Group.

Located at the intersection of Chestnut Ridge Road and Tice Road, adjacent to Whole Foods, the property is 100% leased to Kiewit Infrastructure for its regional Northeast headquarters. Kiewit is one of North America’s largest engineering and construction organizations with $13.7 billion in revenue and more than 28,000 employees.

Dunne said, “470 Chestnut’s location in one of New Jersey’s premier towns coupled with Kiewit’s recent upgrades to the lobby, common areas and building systems made this an attractive opportunity for the buyer.”
