68K-SF Industrial Lease Renewal Signed for Alsip Distribution Property

Lee & Associates has closed a lease renewal transaction for a 68,310-square-foot industrial space located at 11800 S. Austin Avenue in Alsip, Illinois.

Brian Vanosky, principal, Michael O’Leary, Executive Vice President, and Dylan Maher, Senior Vice President at Lee & Associates’ Illinois office, represented the owner, Cabot Properties. Ken Franzese, SIOR and John Cassidy, SIOR, principals at Lee & Associates of Illinois, along with Jim Martin of Lee & Associates Central Valley, CA, represented the tenant, Bossard.

Bossard is a fastener distributor serving OEM’s worldwide specializing in automotive, rail, EV, industrial automation and robotics. 11800 S. Austin Avenue is a 162,000-square-foot warehouse building constructed in 2005.
