Panattoni to Begin Construction on Tall Firs Industrial Park

Panattoni is set to begin construction on Tall Firs Industrial Park, a two-building industrial complex within Tehaleh near Bonney Lake, reported the Puget Sound Business Journal.

The project will include 216,000 square feet of Class A industrial space. The complex will be situated on an 11.5-acre site at 14621 and 14719 170th Ave. E. within Tehaleh’s 112-acre Commerce Center, designated for light industrial, office, and retail development. The two buildings are projected to be completed by summer 2025.

The 216,000-square-foot project is being constructed on an 11.5-acre site that Panattoni acquired from Brookfield Properties in July for $5.5 million. The site is at 14621 and 14719 170th Ave. E. Synthesis is the architect, and Poe Construction is the general contractor for the project. Panattoni is also the developer for FRED310, a massive development in Frederickson, which it’s developing with Crow Holdings Capital.
