Village of Rienda Lines Up Builders for Next Phase

Rancho Mission Viejo officials said Trumark Homes and Shea Homes will build 175 homes in three new neighborhoods for the next phase of the Village of Rienda. Homes in this next phase will mimic Progressive Spanish, Farmhouse and Contemporary designs with a variety of floorplans ranging from three to five bedrooms, and two to four bathrooms. Sales are expected to begin in Spring 2025.

Plans for this next phase of the Village of Rienda follow the success of the first phase, which is completely sold out and the second phase, which is nearly 70% sold out. To date, 1,225 homes have been sold in Rienda.

The Village of Rienda is located less than five miles from downtown San Juan Capistrano and a fifteen-minute drive from San Clemente and Doheny State Beach. At completion, Rancho Mission Viejo will encompass approximately 25% of the 23,000-acre Rancho Mission Viejo, which has been held in the O’Neill/Moiso/Avery family since 1882.

Seventy-five percent of The Ranch will be preserved a large habitat conservation area, along with ranching and farming.
