Lee & Associates | Maryland Brokers Sale of Industrial Property

Lee & Associates | Maryland has brokered the sale of 2630 Hafer Street in Baltimore City to Friends Trucking, Inc. for $550,000. Tom Whelan, Principal and Gideon Price, Associate, represented the seller Parkview Realty, LLC, and Austin Carroll of Keller Williams represented the buyer in the transaction.

The property features a free-standing building with 5,400 square feet of warehouse and office space and a fenced-in 1.44-acre lot suitable for industrial outdoor storage. Owned by Alex Yanez, Friends Trucking intends to relocate its corporate headquarters from the Pasadena section of Anne Arundel County.

“The site’s strategic location near US Route 1 and Interstate 95 will provide quick connections to its customers throughout the Baltimore, Washington, D.C., and Northern Virginia region,” said Price. 2630 Hafer Street is located approximately 10 miles from BWI Airport and Towson, 20 miles from Columbia, and 40 miles from Washington, D.C.
