Marcus & Millichap Arranges Sale of 17K-SF MOB in Michigan

Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of McLaren Macomb-Gratiot Medical Building, a 17,333-square-foot medical office property in Clinton Township, Michigan. The property sold for $3.53 million.

Seth Haron, Ashish Vakhariya and Darin Gross, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Detroit office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, Platform Ventures, LLC, and procured the buyer, Nova Sky Investments, LLC. The property was fully leased by McLaren Macomb, a subsidiary of McLaren Health Care Corporation.

“The multi-specialty clinic serves as a hub for McLaren’s robust residency program and is synergistically located near the affiliated 288-bed McLaren Macomb Hospital,” said Haron. “The strong tenant profile, as well as the location of the asset, drove strong investor interest. We ended up closing the deal after receiving numerous offers with a Michigan based investment firm in 67 days.”
