Kidder Mathews Promotes Linda Fairchild to EVP of Ops, Asset Services

Kidder Mathews announced that Linda Fairchild, RPA, has been promoted to Executive Vice President of Operations for Asset Services. In this role, she will oversee operations, quality control, and service delivery for the division. Fairchild has also joined Kidder Mathews’ strategic planning committee and serves as one of five women on the firm’s 10-member executive leadership team.

Fairchild has over 25 years of experience in third-party property management, development, and owner-managed properties. She joined Kidder Mathews in 2012 and has since advanced to various leadership roles. Fairchild is highly regarded in the industry for her professionalism and exceptional service and has earned the prestigious Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation from the Building Owners and Managers Institute.

“Linda has consistently gone above and beyond to elevate our operations, setting new standards for excellence in property management,” said Asset Services President Erin French, CPM, CCIM.
