CIS Secure Expands Footprint at Ashburn Crossing
CIS Secure, a communications and defense services company, is expanding its presence in Loudoun County, Virginia, with a new 10,080-square-foot lease with St. John Properties, Inc. at Ashburn Crossing. Danny Foit of St. John Properties represented the landlord and Terry Amling with Lincoln Property Company represented the tenant in the transaction.
The company, which has maintained its corporate headquarters within the 80-acre business community since 2017, will now occupy 75,720 square feet of space. Ashburn Crossing is situated 25 miles west of Washington, D.C., and is located near business amenities, shopping, entertainment, and restaurants.
CIS Secure, which employs approximately 450 people, currently leases 45,120 square feet of space at 21100 Ashburn Crossing Drive and 20,520 square feet of space at 21050 Ashburn Crossing Drive. The new space, which CIS Secure will occupy later this year, is located at 21140 Ashburn Crossing Drive, a single-story, 45,120-square-foot flex/R&D building.
