Davis Property & Investment Sells Sumner Warehouse for $10.5M

Davis Property & Investment (DPI) announced the sale of Sumner North 140 for $10,501,803 or $173.94 per square foot. Constructed in 2017 through a joint venture between Davis Property & Investment and Highmark Investments, Sumner North 140 is a 60,375-square-foot build-to-suit facility for Penny’s Salsa with extensive freezer, cooler and food processing improvements.

The building has 3,500 square feet of office space, 30’ clear height, 1600 amps of 3-phase 480-volt power, 20 dock-high doors, 2 on-grade doors, and a 120’ truck court. “Davis Property & Investment is pleased to sell this asset to the new owner/user,” said Jeff Davis, Principal of DPI.

“This disposition allows us to reharvest capital into our existing portfolio and pursue new development opportunities aligned with our strategic growth plans in the Puget Sound market. “
