Lee & Associates Duo Secures Trio of Leases for Personal Care Manufacturer

Lee & Associates – LA North/Ventura principals Erica Balin and Scott Caswell, SIOR negotiated three long-term leases in a three-building complex at 9200-9250 Mason Ave. in Chatsworth. Representing the tenant, Voyant Beauty, a Chicago-based personal care manufacturer, the brokerage team secured the leases for approximately 180,000 square feet of warehouse space located in the three-building complex. The landlord is Rexford Industrial.

“Prior to the transaction, we realized that two adjacent sites at the center may soon be vacant,” said Caswell. “To secure Voyant Beauty’s access to such a prestigious campus, immediate action was crucial. Rather than waiting for the opportunity to arise, we proactively investigated and thereafter were able to secure the leases. As a result, they will have all of their products in one location.”

The three-building campus offers nearby accessibility to the 101, 118 and 405 freeways. Built more than 40 years ago, the complex will undergo renovations.
