Framingham Property Finds New Ownership as Investment Opportunity

The multifamily team at Grove Property Group, consisting of Ryan Quinn, John Federico and Harry Verenis, has brokered the sale of 10-28 Centennial Pl., a 26,400-square-foot, 22-unit multifamily property in Framingham, MA, for $6.575 million. The property was owned by a Waltham, MA-based LLC. The undisclosed buyer was represented by Ron Ifrah from Longwood Residential.

Grove Property Group said the property, featuring ample parking and a solid rent roll, represents an investment opportunity in a growing community. The team expressed pride in delivering “exceptional results for the seller.”

Based in South Boston, Grove Property Group is currently active in both the Boston market and the MetroWest area, specializing in off-market transactions. The firm currently has more than $20 million available for sale in off-market transactions in MetroWest, in addition to an extensive off-market portfolio in Boston.
