Peak Properties Awarded Management of Lincoln Park Adaptive Reuse

Peak Properties has been awarded management of The Ludlow, a historic typograph factory that has been reimagined with 121 residences and 20,000 square feet of commercial space in Chicago’s Lincoln Park neighborhood.

Located at 2032 N Clybourn, the loft apartments feature studios to three-bedroom units split between five buildings. The units feature high-end finishes, 12-foot ceilings, and large windows. Amenities include a rooftop lounge, a fitness center, a demonstration kitchen, a media room, a co-working lounge, EV charging stations, and bike storage.

“The developers have breathed new life into a long-dormant property that sat vacant way too long, and we are proud to be a part of this development in one of the best neighborhoods in the city,” says Mike Zucker, managing partner of Peak Properties LLC.

Located in West Lincoln Park The Ludlow is steps away from dynamic Armitage Avenue and easy access to all forms of transportation. Cross Street is exclusively managing marketing and leasing for The Ludlow.
