CBRE Facilitates $71M Sale of Sammamish MF Community
CBRE has arranged the sale of SKY Sammamish, a 159-unit premier multifamily property in Sammamish, Washington, to an undisclosed buyer for $71 million.
The transaction was facilitated by CBRE’s Eli Hanacek, Mark Washington and Kyle Yamamoto, who represented the seller, MainStreet Property Group & HAL Real Estate, Inc. SKY Sammamish, located at 22526 SE 4th Street, comprises one-, two- and three-bedroom units and two-story townhomes with private entrances. The community features contemporary architecture with high-end finishes, open floor plans, large windows, walk-in closets and private balconies.
The property is situated adjacent to Sammamish Village, a 110,000-square-foot mixed-use development featuring healthcare, grocery and retail. “SKY Sammamish represented a unique opportunity for the buyers to purchase in the rarely traded, high-barrier and exclusive Sammamish submarket,” said Mark Washington, Executive Vice President at CBRE. “This sale underscores the continued demand for high-quality residential properties in the region.”
