Federal Realty’s Linden Square in Wellesley Adds Two Retail Tenants

Federal Realty’s Linden Square in Wellesley, MA has signed two new retailers, Van Leeuwen ice cream and Framebridge, and expects them to open later this year. Additionally, the property recently opened Playa Bowls, LaserAway and Dryft Wellesley, while extending existing leases with local favorites such as Citgo, Kenzie & Hope, The Linden Store and Tiny Hanger. Also projected to open by early 2025 is Asian Fusion restaurant Karma, bringing Linden Square to 98% leased.

“Linden Square continues to draw new concepts and create compelling reasons for our neighbors to visit,” said Chris Fleming, VP, asset management for Federal Realty. “Both Framebridge and Van Leeuwen are in-demand shops that fit nicely with our existing merchandising mix. At the same time, we are very pleased to secure lease extensions for some of our longest-term tenants that help foster the overall energy here at Linden Square.”

Van Leeuwen and Framebridge will be located in the 180 Building between Atelier Wellesley and Custom Ink/Roosters Men’s Grooming Center.
