Marcus & Millichap Arranges Sale of Washington Industrial Park

Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of Arts Industrial Park, a 63,500-square-foot industrial property located in Olympia, Washington. The asset sold for $4.8 million.

Matthew Herman and RJ Vara, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Seattle office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a partnership.

Arts Industrial Park is located at 6221 Rich Road SE in Olympia, Washington. The asset was sold in an all-cash transaction to a value-add syndicator who will be spending approximately $1 million in renovations and improvements.
