B of A Renews Lease at 554K-SF Dallas-Area Complex
Bank of America has renewed its lease at Hallmark Center I in Addison. The 10-year renewal includes the entire 553,799-square-foot office building located at 16001 N. Dallas Parkway.
The RMR Group acquired Hallmark Center I in 2013, the same year Bank of America signed the original lease to become the building’s sole occupant. The firm sold the asset to the RMR Group for $105 million. Hallmark Center I consists of two buildings, rising two and three stories, that came online in 1977 and 1997.
