Walgreens Opens at Vulcan’s Office, Retail Property in South Lake Union
Vulcan Real Estate announced the opening of a Walgreens pharmacy and store at the firm’s 520 Westlake office and retail property. The new location will provide increased healthcare access to South Lake Union’s residents, visitors, and workers.
“Walgreens is an ideal fit for South Lake Union with its convenience and proximity to where people
live, work, and play,” said Robert S. Arron at Vulcan Real Estate. “We are excited about bring
ing this staple to the neighborhood.”
Situated on the corner of Mercer Street and Westlake Avenue North, the 10,500-square-foot space
features a full pharmacy, photo services, and an abundance of health and wellness retail. The new store is conveniently located near restaurants, offices, and apartments and within walking distance of Lake Union Piers, South Lake Union’s newly renovated entertainment hub set to open in early 2025.
