Colliers Closes 233K-SF Industrial Lease Transaction in Indy
Colliers has facilitated a full-building lease of 233,618 square feet for a seven-year lease term of Building 1, Terminus at Hobbs Station, located at 9532 Station Boulevard in Plainfield, Indiana.
Andrea Hopper, SIOR of Colliers Indianapolis, represented the landlord, HSA Commercial Real Estate. HSA is a national, privately held, full-service real estate development and investment firm – with a currently owned portfolio value exceeding 2.5 billion. Jimmy Cohoat, SIOR of Colliers Indianapolis, along with Darren Ross, SIOR of Colliers Atlanta, represented the tenant, Marathon Electric LLC, a subsidiary of WEG.
Building 1 is part of a dual speculative development at Terminus at Hobbs Station site. Building 2, at 9524 Station Blvd, at 263,922 square feet, is available for lease. Terminus is located in the Indianapolis industrial Southwest submarket, near I-70 and just 8 miles from Indianapolis International Airport. WEG is a global company with focus on electric motors, gearboxes and drives and controls, energy generation and transformers, electrification products and systems.
