SVN | Parsons Closes Sale of High-Occupancy Retail Center

SVN | Parsons Commercial Group | Boston has completed the sale of a 7,800-square-foot multi-tenant retail plaza at 3-11 Turnpike Rd. in Southborough, MA to 3-11 Turnpike LLC for $1.65 million.


Garrett Quinn, director – brokerage, and Marilyn Santiago, assistant director – brokerage, at SVN |Parsons Commercial Group | Boston, represented the seller, VTT 46-56 Cedar Street LLC. Joel Aho of Aho Properties represented the buyer.

3-11 Turnpike Rd. is located on the westbound side of Route 9. The retail plaza has a high occupancy rate of 95%, with six tenants including Bill’s Liquors, All In Stone Inc., Braza Pizzeria & Wings, Alice Body Works, Natalia & Andre Aesthetics and Veronica I. Photography.
