  • Brennan Investment Group is adding Zane Smith as Vice President for the Dallas-Fort Worth region. Zane will source and close new acquisition and development opportunities, oversee asset and property management, and drive Brennan’s overall growth in the Dallas-Fort Worth region. Prior to joining Brennan Investment Group, Mr. Smith served as the Vice President of Investments at MoxieBridge in Dallas.
  • JLL has brought on Ed Bovermann as Regional Managing Director of its property management group in Houston and New Orleans. Prior to his role at JLL, Bovermann held positions at Hines and Transwestern, managing several notable Houston properties, including five million square feet of Class-A office space in the CBD.
  • Lee & Associates – Houston has expanded its service offerings to include financial advisory and investment brokerage with the acquisition of Commercial Resource Capital (CRC), a full-service mortgage banking and real estate investment services company based in Houston. This alignment of resources and expertise will enable Lee & Associates – Houston to better navigate the complexities of capital markets on behalf of clients.
  • The Morgan Group is the management partner for six apartment communities in Houston. The six apartment communities, which boast prime locations and superior amenities, will now benefit from The Morgan Group’s management expertise and award-winning culture. The communities are The McKinley at Memorial City, The McCarthy, The Fountains at Memorial City, The McAdams, Memorial City Apartments, and The Lodge at Spring Shadows.
