Arranged debt and equity for Rockefeller Group tower in midtown Atlanta
Despite a choppy market in 2023, the CBRE Atlanta Debt and Structured Finance team of Mike Ryan, Brian Linnihan, Richard Henry and Blake Cohen secured more than $1.25 billion in loans and equity raised for several clients. The most notable and newsworthy deal of the year was Rockefeller Group’s 1072 West Peachtree, a mixed-use construction deal in midtown Atlanta.
At 60 stories, reportedly it will be the tallest building built in Atlanta in more than 30 years. It will include 357 premium multifamily units and approximately 216,000 square feet of office. Ryan and his team raised more than $72 million in equity along with sourcing a $255-million construction loan for the project.
