Greenstone Partners Sells Multi-Tenant Retail Center in Naperville

Greenstone Partners has sold the 82% leased, multi-tenant retail center at 535 Fairway Drive in Naperville, Illinois. The 15,370-square-foot property is strategically located adjacent to the Route 59 Metra station, between Downtown Naperville and Aurora, in one of the busiest retail corridors in suburban Chicago.

Malek Abdulsamad of Greenstone Partners generated multiple offers and secured the ultimate purchaser, an Illinois-based private investor. The property is just 2 miles from Interstate 88, and ownership recently invested nearly $300,000 in capital and tenant improvements.

The property is anchored by a primary care clinic with a recently executed 10-year lease. The investment sold for $2.7 million, representing 95% of its list price. Greenstone Partners is a Chicago-based commercial real estate brokerage firm offering advisory services for investment sales of all property types.
