Ryan, DWS Teaming Up on Manor Industrial Venture
Ryan Cos. and financing partner DWS are joining forces on a 1.2 million-square-foot business park near Austin. In the first phase, Commercial Edge reports the companies are expecting to spend $59 million on four buildings at 13754 Gregg Manor Road in Manor, Texas. Called Mustang Crossing, the buildings will range in size from 58,000 to 435,000 square feet. Two more buildings are planned later. The 435,000-square-foot building is slated for Phase II.
The 127-acre site is near Texas State Highway 130 and U.S. Route 290. It will allow for direct access to Austin and the surrounding metro areas including. The site is 4 miles from the Austin Executive Airport, 17 miles to ABI Airport, 106 miles to San Antonio, 150 miles to Houston, and 189 miles to the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
Ryan and DWS worked together on a six-building, 870,000-square-foot industrial park in Mesa, AZ, which was completed last year.
