Developers Upgrading St. Pete’s Hotel Zamora
Construction is underway on the $7.5 million renovation of The Hotel Zamora in St. Pete Beach, with completion expected this fall. The 64-key boutique hotel will be repositioned by Sherman Associates into a 4-star luxury hotel.
Located at 3701 Gulf Boulevard, The Hotel Zamora is situated on the Intracoastal Waterway, offering private dock access and boat slips for guests and public use. The hotel features the Castile Restaurant & Lounge and the 360 Rooftop.
The renovation will deliver upgraded guestrooms; enhanced amenities including the lobby, pool deck, pool bar, and fitness center; and new exterior signage and landscaping. Additionally, the adjacent 2,500 square foot office building will be converted into a wedding and event venue, accommodating up to 90 guests.
The restaurant will rebrand in the coming months and feature a Mediterranean-inspired menu with locally sourced ingredients, while maintaining its signature dishes. DLR Group is the architect and Lema Construction is the general contractor.
The Hotel Zamora and Castile remain open during construction.
