Core Industrial Realty Closes Multiple Transactions Across Illinois
Oak Brook, Illinois-based Core Industrial Realty has completed several recent transactions in suburban Chicago.
Noel S. Liston and Nick Krejci represented Panattoni Development in a lease for 74,000 square feet at 2200 Sullivan Road in Aurora. The 356,000-square-foot building developed by Panattoni now has two tenants and one remaining available space of 96,150 square feet. The most recent transaction of 74,000 square feet was a long-term lease to Green Bay Packaging, Inc., which was represented by Mike Plumb of Lee & Associates.
Brokers Ryan Mullins and Nick Krejci represented LaGrange Crane, Inc. in a lease for 64,228 square feet at 6800 Santa Fe Drive in Hodgkins. In addition to the expansion into 64,228 square feet, this was also a lease extension completed by Mullins and Krejci on behalf of the tenant who currently occupies 74,766 square feet.
Additionally, Nick Krejci represented a logistics client in their leasing of 56,265 square feet at 1065 Thorndale Avenue in Bensenville, and Core’s Matthew Lee and Nick Krejci represented tenant Bulls Eye Expedition in their lease of 25,618 square feet at 2300 Estes Avenue in Elk Grove Village.
